here we have put together comprehensive corona/covid-19 measures and information on what to expect when you are taking part in the b12 festival. b12 will be applying all rules and regulations required of us by law. these are subject to change, so please check back regularly with us if you have a question. thank you for doing your best to keep yourself and your peers safe!

 

 

testing

there is no mandatory testing for any of the upcoming b12 festivals as of today. if you would like to self test you, we can provide you a test as long as we still have some.

 

 

b12 measures

there are no measures at of today for the upcoming b12 festivals. nevertheless, please be considerate of your fellow dancers.

 

 

corona/covid-19 cancellation policy

we have a special cancellation policy in place concerning covid-19 related situations:

- an official travel/entry ban
- an infection with covid-19 (a medical document is needed)

 

in any of these cases, the full workshop fee will be reimbursed to you if you missed the whole workshop. for partial participation you will get the remaining days reimbursed. please inform us at the latest 24 hours before the start of your workshop if any of these cases apply, otherwise we may not be able to grant the reimbursement. if a research workshop, performance project, or the b12 festival itself is canceled, the full amount of the respective research workshops and performance projects will be refunded. for any research workshops and performance projects already in progress at the time of cancellation, a percentage of the fee will be reimbursed. any other expenses incurred by you during your visit to the festival, such as travel, medical services and accommodation, cannot be reimbursed by b12 / raumstation 12 gbr.

 

 

...in the event

in the event, you test positive for covid-19 or become a suspected case shortly after your research workshop or a performance project, please report immediately to the a health authority.

 

you are obliged by law to go and take a pcr test in a testing station. we need that pcr test result in order to reimburse you (partially). a self test is not sufficient.

 

you must also inform b12 staff at the front desk. the health authorities will guide you through the next steps. by law, b12 may have to provide relevant contact details of participants (address, phone number, email address, etc), in order to help prevent more infections. participants might be contacted by health authorities. your information will be deleted 4 weeks after the festival finishes. we have a contactless registration process.
