reverberate
Matter is the substance of which objects are made of. As human beings, we are matter moving into space. We are matter subjected to the laws of physics and to gravity. Reverberate offers an immersive exploration of physical movement, blending the dynamic techniques of floorwork, breaking and capoeira with a focus on momentum, gravity, and fluidity. Designed for those who seek to deepen their movement practice, this workshop invites participants to engage with the invisible forces that shape how we move through space. By harnessing the power of momentum, you’ll uncover methods to generate energy that drives seamless transitions and unlocks new levels of physical expression. Gravity becomes a tool to enhance control and depth, allowing movements to flow effortlessly between grounded and elevated positions. With an emphasis on physicality and creative expression, Reverberate offers a rigorous yet supportive environment where participants can challenge their technical boundaries, deepen their body awareness, and expand their movement vocabulary. This is an opportunity to engage with innovative approaches to floorwork, while fostering creativity in a collaborative and inspiring setting.
