Reclaiming the self
this workshop will reveal the habitual ways that form the foundations of our unconscious movement patterns, our unconscious thought patterns and the ways in which we relate to the world around us. Through the lens of the Feldenkrais Method, we will use guided gentle movement explorations and games of observation to reveal our intricate tendencies and understand new possibilities, through which we can reclaim freedom of choice, in both our thinking and our actions.
please be aware of our early bird special offer for this workshop! you can apply for this offer up until the 24th of march 2023. after the 24th the regular workshop fee applies. applications are accepted up until one day before the workshops starts.
